Atef Halaka: Atef Halaka created a mobile app for auto detailing. He spent two years creating a business plan and seeking potential corporate accounts. He launched his android app during the first month of 2016 and started various marketing campaigns for it. The app originally operated in New York, but Joyal expanded to other parts of New York and then parts of California.
