3. Take the time to understand any obstacles that you may encounter. You need to know what you are going up against and have a plan in place to get past them.
4. Believe in your team. Your goal is to help them develop confidence in their abilities, especially when things get tough. The confidence your team develops is directly related to your belief in them.
5. Give credit where credit is due. This will give your team the confidence to continue reaching their goals and will help them stay engaged in the work.
